Lobbying in opposition to including any of the TRICARE plans in the proposed healthcare reform bills (HR3590,HR3962): lobbying against any increases of co-pays, deductibles, or enrollment fees in any of the TRICARE programs (including in support of HR816): lobbying in favor of HR270, S731,s1106 allowing National Guard and Reserve "Gray Area" retirees to purchase TRS at full cost; and then lobbying against "Gray Area" TRICARE as a different program than TRS with a different d
and higher cost basis and lobbying in favor of the programs quick implementation;
lobbying in favor of allowing the survivors of a military retiree who dies to retain the full last month of his or hers retired pay (HR613);
lobbying in support of the present early retirement of National Guard and Reserves bill to be enlarged to apply to thse who were activated on or after 9/11/01 (Section 660 of S1390 NDAA Conference Report and HR1695);
