Advocating that the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) be implemented to increase the availability of construction loans from banks that have received tax dollars.
Advocating that the construction loans received by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from failed banks and placed into structured deals continue to be serviced and funded to increase employment in the construction industry, and to advocate that the FDIC as the majority owner in these structured deals not allow construction projects/loans to be hedged against the markets.
