S.3013 and HR 6337: a bill to require Congressional approval before the President adjusts imports that are determined to threaten to impair national security
S. 3329: a bill to increase congress's role in the section 232 process and shift process to department of defense lead
S. 3266: a bill to pause 232 investigations to allow for ITC findings to be incorporated.
Appropriations language: Non-binding motion to instruct conferees to include language providing a role for Congress in making a determination under Section 232 in the final legislation developed by the Senate and House conference committee.
