Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE) - submitted multiple written comments to Corp re: NHPA review and compliance for the preservation of the James River view shed. Held meetings regarding the future of the Willamette Falls Locks and Canal (OR).
Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - ongoing issues re: National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS); cultural resources funding and management; sacred sites; oil and gas development affecting the Greater Chacoan Landscape and Theodore Roosevelt National Park; the use of Master Leasing Plans in Utah and New Mexico.
Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) - Appropriate use of Executive Branch authority to use the Antiquities Act for national monument proclamations; federal funding for historic preservation, cultural and historic resources on public land; discussion about VAs systemic lack of compliance with NEPA.
Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service -Management issues surrounding Theodore Roosevelts Elkhorn Ranch;

National Park Service (NPS) - continued advocacy for implementation and expansion of historic leasing in the parks as one of the strategies to reduce maintenance backlogs; conducted discussions with NPS staff about external threats affecting Grand Canyon National Park; discussions with NPS staff about proposed demolition of Far View Visitor Center in Mesa Verde National Park; discussions with staff about Theodore Roosevelt NP and need to protect landscape around park.
Veterans Affairs (VA) - Continued to work with VA staff to implement recommendations in the National Trusts 2014 report improving the VAs stewardship of all historic properties within their agencys real property portfolio. Meetings with VA staff about Battle Mountain Sanitarium (SD) and Milwaukee Soldiers Home (WI).
