H.R. 2093 - Lead Exposure Reduction Act - Reinstates the "opt-out" clause in the Lead Paint Repair and Remodeling rules and also includes provisions to allow for a first time paperwork violation without fine as well as banning requirements for testing kits until it is affordable and functioning to standards.

H.R. 2746 - Innocent Sellers Fairness Act - Exempts a lawful seller from liability for personal injury, monetary loss, or damage to property arising out of an accident or transaction involving a seller's products, unless the claimant proves one or more of the following activities by the seller:
the seller was the manufacturer or participated in the design or installation of the product;
the seller altered, modified, or expressly warranted the product in a manner not authorized by the manufacturer;
the seller had actual knowledge of the defect in the product as a result of a recall from the manufacturer or governmental entity authorized to make such recall or actual inspection at the time the seller sold the product to the claimant;
the seller had actual knowledge of the defect in the product at the time the seller supplied the product;
the seller intentionally altered or modified a product warranty, warning, or instruction from the manufacturer in a way not authorized by the manufacturer; or
the seller knowingly made a false representation about an aspect of the product not authorized by the manufacturer.
Limits the seller's liability to the personal injury, monetary loss, or damage to property directly caused by such activity where a claimant proves one or more of such activities was negligent.
H.R. 982 - Furthering Asbestos Claim Transparency Act of 2014 or FACT Act - Amends federal bankruptcy law concerning a trust formed under a reorganization plan following the discharge in bankruptcy of a debtor corporation in order to assume the debtor's liability with respect to claims seeking recovery for personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage allegedly caused by the
presence of, or exposure to, asbestos or asbestos-containing products.

H.R. 736 - Responsible Homeowner Refinancing Act of 2013 - Requires Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac , in carrying out the Home Affordable Refinance Program, to adopt specified criteria pertaining to: (1) borrower eligibility, (2) representations and warranties, (3)prohibition on up-front fees, (4) alternative streamlined methods to determine the value of a property, (5) the purchase or guarantee of any new mortgage resulting from the refinancing of an eligible mortgage, and (6) guarantee fees.

S. 1217 - Housing Finance Reform and Taxpayer Protection Act of 2013 - Establishes the Federal Mortgage Insurance Corporation (FMIC) as an independent agency of the federal government to: (1) develop standard form credit risk-sharing mechanisms, products, structures, contracts, or other security agreements that require private market holders of a covered security insured under this Act to assume the first loss position with respect to losses incurred on such securities; (2) provide insurance on any covered security for which any private market holders have assumed the first loss position with respect to losses; (3) establish a Mortgage Insurance Fund; and (4)
oversee and supervise the common securitization platform developed by a business entity announced by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and established by the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) (government sponsored enterprises [GSEs]).

H.R. 5860 - Small Business Healthcare Relief Act of 2014 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to treat employer payments for employee health care premiums and for amounts paid on behalf of an employee to a health reimbursement arrangements as medical expenses under an accident or health plan and thus excludible from gross income for income tax purposes.
