Urging Congress to ensure that with respect to national health reform, that any federal plan (public plan) that might be established (or for any national standards that might be established governing the benefits to be included in health plans) that such plan or plans include as a guaranteed covered benefit, access to chiropractic services. Urging that Congress prohibit health plans from discriminating against the participation (including reimbursement) of providers based on their licensure and scope of practice.
