S.352, BUILD Act, a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the national limitation amount for qualified highway or surface freight transfer facility bonds. Implementation of Rev. Proc. 2018-26, to preserve the tax-advantaged status of issuers of State and local tax-exempt bonds and other tax-advantaged bonds when nonqualified uses of bond proceeds occur.
