Tribal higher education and expanding the understanding of tribal sovereignty and the federal trust responsibility to Indian tribes and the colleges they charter. Building the capacity of TCUs, retaining existing and fostering new federal programs. Continue long-term conversations regarding TCUs vital role in educating/training the American Indian workforce and achieving the 2020 national college completion goal.
