H.R .748/S. 3548 Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (Allocated $1,200 per individual earning up to $75,000 with phase out at $100,000, allowed employers to defer payments of the employer portion of the payroll tax for 2020, established the Paycheck Protection Program for small business loans at favorable terms with the loan forgiven if the employer meets the conditions of employee retention)
