Support extending and expanding telehealth: HR 1332 and S 368, The Telehealth Modernization Act; HR 2903 and S 1512, The Connect for Health Act; HR 4480 The Telehealth Coverage and Payment Parity Act and HR 2168 The Expanded Telehealth Access Act.
Oppose H.R. 6087, Improving Access to Workers Compensation for Injured Federal Workers Act. Would inappropriately permit nurse practitioners and physician assistants to diagnose, prescribe, treat and certify an injury for federal workers compensation claims.
Ensure relevant traveling physicians can appropriately treat their patients by supporting HR7259 the Medical Controlled Substances Transportation Act of 2022.
