Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58) - oppose extension of Medicare 2% sequestration cuts; support provisions providing funding for hospital infrastructure, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and expanding broadband internet services.

Build Back Better Act (H.R. 5376) - support efforts to address the Medicaid coverage gap, improving maternal health services, making permanent the Children's Health Insurance Program and funding pandemic preparedness measures. Oppose provisions the would cut payments to the Medicaid Disproportionate Share hospital program and restrict funding for uncompensated care.

Request for congressional engagement in rule making process for the No Surprises Act (P.L. 116-260) to ensure providers are not unfairly disadvantaged in dispute resolution process of surprise medical bills. Provide comment to federal agencies about rulemaking for the No Surprises Act, specifically bias and restrictions in the dispute resolution process. (Requirements Related to Surprise Billing; Part II, CMS-9908-IFC: RIN 0938-AU62, Vol. 86, No. 192 / Thursday, October 7, 2021).

Endorsement of the Telehealth Extension Act of 2021 (H.R. 6202), bi-partisan legislation that extends or makes permanent key telehealth flexibilities allowed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Protecting Medicare and American Farmers from Sequester Cuts Act (S.610) Request for Congress to delay implementation of the 2% Medicare sequestration payment cuts to providers and the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) sequester from taking effect on Jan. 1, 2022.
