National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 - To authorize appropriates for fiscal year 2020 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year. Lobbied for the inclusion of language regarding construction workforce issues on military bases. No bill number.
HR 2210 - Invest in America Act - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal certain provisions applicable to foreign investment in United States real property. Lobbies for inclusion of this bill in the upcoming Infrastructure Bill. Entire bill.
HR 748 - Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act - This bill responds to the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on the economy, public health, state and local governments, individuals, and businesses. Lobbied on inclusion of policy provisions covering pension relief, COBRA subsidies, paid sick leave, prevailing wage, non-profit eligibility for SBA loans, FMLA, expansion of unemployment insurance, and infrastructure.
