Working on the FY 17 Agriculture Appropriations bills to defend any action by USDA to work on a rule similar to the proposed GIPSA rule of 2010. Also worked to include report language which would show Congressional intent to exempt checkoff programs from Freedom of Information Act requests. Working on FY 17 Energy and Water Development and Interior/EPA appropriations bills to defund EPA's implementation of the WOTUS rule.
