Address credit insurance issues in H.R. 4173 and S. 3217. Oppose Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection ability to regulate insurance rates of collateral protection insurance in H.R. 4173. Support passage of surplus line legislation under H.R. 4173. Oppose the inclusion
of insurers under the Community Reinvestment Act through H.R. 6334, the American Community Investment Reform Act of 2010. Advocate for the continued use of mortgage insurance in the private market.
