Opposition to various House and Senate proposals (no bill numbers) discussed to reduce natural gas and oil exploration and production by increasing permitting times, adding new regulatory requirments and increasing taxes and fees.
Opposition to HR 2421, the Clean Water Restoration Act to expand the definition of "Waters of the Unites States".
Support for S 2739, Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008, including specifically produced water provisions.
Opposition to S 2191, America's Climate Security Act, or "Lieberman-Warner Bill" as reported by the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and its provisions that would reduce natural gas supply.
Opposition to certain access-restricting provisions of S 2229, the Wyoming Range Legacy Act of 2007.

Opposition to certain access-restricting provisions of S 2229, the Wyoming Range Legacy Act of 2007.
Opposition to certain energy cost increase and supply reduction provisions of various versions of S 2191, the America's Climate Security Act as reported by the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
Support for full funding of oil and natural gas permitting offices and agencies (primarily the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service).
Support for legislation (no bill numbers) to extend the possibility of federal bonus, rent and royalty revenue sharing to any state that has future natural gas and/or oil leasing and production in federal waters off its coast.
