Support for S. 1379, the Energy Efficiency in Housing Act of 2009, to increase energy efficiency standards for housing sector.
Support for H.R. 3534, the Consolidated Land, Energy and Aquatic Resources Act, to reform onshore and offshore energy leasing and royalty collection practices.
Support for S. 3516, the Outer Continental Shelf Reform Act, that would reform onshore and offshore energy leasing and royalty collection practices.
Support for H.R. 5213, the West Coast Ocean Protection Act, that would permanently ban offshore oil and gas drilling activities off the West Coast of the United States.

Support for H.R. 5644, the End Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act of 2010, that would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal fossil fuel subsidies for large oil companies.
Support for S. 3663, the Clean Energy Jobs and Oil Company Accountability Act, to ensure oil companies are held responsible for the damage caused by disasters like Gulf of Mexico spill, protect our nations natural heritage, and provide incentives to reduce energy use.
Support for S. 3813 the Renewable Electricity Promotion Act of 2010 to increase use of renewable electricity.
Advocate for inclusion of clean energy measures and omission of anti-environment tax provisions, such as VEETC and CTL in HR 4853, Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010.

Opposition to H.R. 4753 and S. 3072, the Stationary Source Regulations Delay Act, to delay implementation of Clean Air Act regulatory authority over greenhouse gas emissions for at least two years.
Opposition to H.R. 391, H.R. 4572, and H.R. 4396, the Save our Energy Jobs Act, all bills that would declare greenhouse gases are not air pollutants, and thus not able to be regulated under the Clean Air Act.
Support for environmental funding in the FY 2011 Budget.
Support and work to strengthen, H.R. 5820, the Toxic Chemicals Safety Act of 2010 and S. 3209, the Safe Chemicals Act, that would reform and update the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1977.
