Joined numerous groups on comments to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regarding a recent Federal Register notice pertaining to the DRIVE Safe pilot.
Joined numerous other agricultural organizations on crop insurance support letters to the House and Senate appropriations and budget committees, as well as to the executive branch.
Joined more than 100 employer organizations on a letter to Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh urging the Department of Labor (DOL) to hold stakeholder meetings prior to the development and issuance of its anticipated proposed rulemaking on the white collar exemptions to the overtime regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Filed comments with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) on its advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) for heat-related illness and death in businesses, including agriculture.
Submitted comments to EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers on their plan to temporarily revert to the 1986 water regulations.
Joined comments from the Waters Advocacy Coalition on comments to EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers on their plan to temporarily revert to the 1986 water regulations.

Joined members of the Agricultural Transportation Working Group on a letter to President Biden requesting that the administration take an active role in ensuring the upcoming contract negotiations for West Coast ports dont result in any labor disruptions.
Testified before the House Agriculture Committees hearing, A 2022 Review of the Farm Bill: Commodity Group Perspectives on Title 1.
Joined more than 100 other agriculture companies and groups on a letter to Senate Leaders Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY) noting the groups support for the Senate to consider the Shipping Reform bill.
Met with officials from U.S. Customs and Border Protection to discuss the implementation of Withhold Release Orders on cotton products imported from Xinjiang.
Meeting with USDA officials regarding Climate Smart Agriculture and Forestry Partnerships.
