1) Biosimilars, including S 1695(from the 110th Congress), HR 1427, HR 1548, and S 726 -- Support for passage/enactment of legislation to create a pathway for the approval of biosimilars that protects patient safety and innovation.
2) Health care reform -- Support legislative efforts to expand access to health care insurance and protecting innovation.
3) S. 301-- Advocating for reasonable gift disclosure requirments that provide appropriate transperancy and protects proprietary business information.
4) HR 1 -- Comparative Effectiveness Research -- Advocacy in support of comparative effectiveness research used to inform and improve clinical decision making and health outcomes and opposed to using such research for cost containment or denial of coverage.
