H.R. 493/S. 358: Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act - all provisions related to prohibiting discrimination on the basis of genetic information with respect to health insurance and employment.
H.R. 2831/S.1843: Ledbetter Fair Pay Act all provisions amending title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act to extend the period for filing charges of discrimination in violation of such title and to provide relief for certain current injuries arising from compensation calculations attributable to compensation decisions made at any time in violation of such title.
H.R. 1644/S. 969: Re-Empowerment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction Tradesworkers (RESPECT) Act all provisions attempting to amend the National Labor Relations Act to clarify the definition of supervisor for purposes of such Act.
S. 910/H.R.1542: Healthy Families Act all provisions that are vague and poorly drafted, which attempt to provide for seven days of paid sick leave annually to employees.
H.R. 5129/S. 2554: Civil Rights Act of 2008 all provisions attempting to eliminate damage caps for federal non-discrimination laws, prohibit predispute arbitration agreements in employment context, create a disparate impact claim under USERRA, and provide leave for emergency personnel.
