H.R. 5952 Police and Fire Station Modernization Act of 2008 - Application of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to projects financed by tax credit bonds for capital improvements for police and fire departments authorized by proposed amendment of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
H.R. 6258 - Carbon Capture and Storage Early Deployment Act - Application of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to construction projects financed under the Act, which would accelerate the development and early deployment of systems for the capture and storage of carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel electric generation facilities, and for other purposes.
H.R. 2116 Freight Rail Infrastructure Capacity Expansion Act of 2007 Application of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to construction financed under the Act pursuant to proposed amendment of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, which would provide incentives to encourage investment in the expansion of freight rail infrastructure capacity and enhance modal tax equity.
