Issues relating to support for language in Senate Farm Bill drafts that provide incentives for farmers to implement voluntary nutrient practices that include use of liquid, high-orthophosphate fertilizer applied during planting using USDA-NRCS conservation and nutrient management practices.
Support for Feenstra Amendment to HR 8467, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024 adding "soil amendments" to the definition for precision ag technology.
Issues relating to USDA announcement of $1.5 billion for projects through the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) that focuses on expanding farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners adoption of conservation strategies and climate-smart agriculture.
