HR 953 Introduced February 12, 2015 by James Sensenbrenner, Jr. (R-WI) Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2015 Overdoses from heroin, prescription drugs, and opioid pain relievers last year surpassed car accidents as the leading cause of injury-related death in America, according to the Centers for Disease Control.
