H.R. 1: (PL 111-5, 123 Stat. 115 (2009)) The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009: Division A, Title I, Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service; Division A, Title II, Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration; and Division B, Title VI, Broadband Technology Opportunities Program. All provisions related to the BIP and BTOP programs for the deployment of broadband to unserved and underserved areas throughout the United States.
H.R. 2165 Bulk Power System Protection Act of 2009, all provisions related to the cybersecurity of bulk power systems.
H.R. 2902 Broadband Internet Fairness Act, provisions related to the authorization of the FTC and the FCC both reviewing service plans of broadband Internet Service Providers to ensure plans are fair based on costs.
H.R. 3458 Internet Preservation Act, all provisions concerning the preservation of Internet freedom.
