H.R. 1319 - American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 - Support provisions related to: state & local funding; expanded access and affordability of COBRA; increased Insurance Marketplace subsidy amount and availability; increased access to state Medicaid programs; Provider Relief Fund replenishment, with support for rural hospitals; and funding for PPE, testing, contact tracing, and vaccines.
Other Coronavirus Relief Provisions - Advocated in support of provisions relating to extension of the Medicare sequester moratorium; coronavirus liability protection; telehealth coverage; suspending payment impacts of CMS penalty and performance-based payment programs; refresh of the unified PAC PPS timeline and process under the IMPACT Act; and no cost COVID-19 services for uninsured/underinsured.
