We provide comments on the proposed interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement both Executive Order 13665, which requires that certain federal contractors allow employees and applicants to inquire about, discuss, and disclose compensation information without fear of retribution or penalty, and the final rule implementing that Executive Order subsequently issued by the Department of Labors Office of Federal Contract and Compliance Programs.

We support for B21-0038, the Death with Dignity Act of 2015
The Institute for Science and Hunan Values firmly believes that Congress should not interfere in the recently passed B21-0038, the District of Columbias Death with Dignity Act of 2015.
We respectfully request that you appoint a nontheistic commissioner to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF). There has never been a nontheistic representative on USCIRF, yet according to the Public Religion Research Institute, those who are religiously unaffiliated now make up 25% of the U.S. population.1 Worldwide, the religiously unaffiliated number over 1.1 billion, per the Pew Research Center on Religion and Public Life.

We commend the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Population Affairs (OPA) for this proposal to update the regulations governing the Title X family planning program.
We strongly support OPAs efforts to clarify and reinforce the longstanding requirement that health care providers not be excluded from the program for reasons unrelated to their qualifications to provide Title X-funded services.
