Specific bills that were lobbied for in the House include the fiscal year 2010 Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act and legislation drafted by the Subcommittee on Energy and Environment of the House Committee on Scinece and Technology to authorize research, development, and deployment funding for wind energy.
Specific bills lobbied for in the Senate include the fiscal year 2010 energy and water development appropriations legislation and Section 14 of S. 826, The American Renewable Energy Act of 2009.

Transmission: Electricity transmission legislation in both the House and Senate, including provisions dealing with cost allocation, siting, and interconnection-wide planning. Specific bills lobbied for include H.R. 2454, Title 1, Subtitle F; Title III of the American Clean

Specific legislation lobbied included a House Natural Resources Committee staff discussion draft on of the Federal Lands and Resources Energy Development Act and the public lands/renewable energy text of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009 in the Senate Energy and natural Resources Committee. Other issues lobbied
include the draft Forest Service Directives RIN0596-AC61 related to sitng wind projects in Forest Service lands, the final rule issued by the MMS related to the siting of offshore renewable energy projects, and BLM's implementation of its Wind Energy Development Policy.

Home Energy Retrofit Finance Act (S.1246, Sen. Sanders) as an amendment to the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES, H.R. 2454). This program would support residential sector energy efficiency and renwabale energy, and seek to leverage private investment in the home retrofit market. The program would support local government efforts (such as clean energy district financing), utility efforts (such as on-bill financing), and other residential sector finance mechanisms.
