Oppose the expansion of new offshore drilling by the Department of the Interior.
Oppose fossil fuel, coal, uranium and other extractive industry bailouts as well as royalty relief for extractive industries during the COVID-19 crisis.
Oppose attempts to fast-track oil and gas leasing on the Coastal Plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
Oppose legislative efforts to include funding for restarting the licensing process for the proposed Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository.
Support modifying and extending tax credits for clean energy sources (including the GREEN Act, HR 7330), and making them refundable or allowing direct pay, at least during the Covid-19 crisis and recovery.
Support the Driving America Forward Act, which would expand the electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell tax credit, and proposals to make them refundable or allow direct pay, at least during the Covid-19 crisis and recovery.
Support robust funding for the Rural Energy for America Program, which invests in renewable energy.
Support the 100% Clean Economy Act of 2019 (HR 5221).
Oppose the inclusion of the Nuclear Powers America Act, H.R. 2314 and S. 1134, in any tax extenders package.

Support funding measures in the Interior, Energy and Water, and Transportation and Urban Development appropriations bills for Fiscal Year 2021 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector.
Urge lawmakers to oppose policy riders that harm the public in appropriations bills for FY 2021.
Urge the DOI and EPA to pause open public comment periods during the COVID-19 crisis so the public can engage meaningfully in administrative decisions once the crisis has been contained
