Postal Service Emergency Assistance Act (S. 4174): Provides USPS with up to $25 billion in emergency COVID-19 funding, while ensuring that these funds are used only for COVID-19-related losses and expenses. These funds would be appropriated to a newly created Postal Service COVID-19 Emergency Fund and would be available until September 30, 2022.
Prior to using the funds, USPS would be required to certify in its quarterly and audited annual reports to the Postal Regulatory Commission that the funds are needed to cover revenue losses or operational expenses resulting from COVID-19.

Postal Service Preservation Act (H.R .7015): This bill provides additional funding to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in response to the COVID-19) pandemic. Specifically, the bill appropriates $25 billion to the USPS for its Postal Service Fund for revenue forgone due to COVID-19 and $15 million for its Office of Inspector General. The bill requires the USPS, during the pandemic, to prioritize the purchase of, and make available to all USPS employees and facilities, personal protective equipment and to conduct additional cleaning and sanitizing of USPS facilities and delivery vehicles. The Office of Inspector General shall (1) conduct oversight, audits, and investigations of projects and activities carried out with appropriated funds; and (2) initiate an audit of the use of such appropriations and report to Congress.

Delivering for America Act(H.R. 8015): Prevents any further changes to the mail processing system.

COVID Relief Bill - Stabilize single-employer defined benefit pension funding obligations by stabilizing interest rates to adjust current interest rates to be closer to historical norms and by allowing employers to pay for long-term liabilities, including those attributable to COVID, over 15 years instead of seven years.
