Implementation of section 1603 of HR 1, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which established a temporary grant program in lieu of the investment tax credit for renewable energy development. Extension of and increase in funding for 48C manufacturing credit in HR 2847, the House jobs bill, and extension of the start-construction deadline of the Section 1603 grant program in the same bill.

Legislation in both the House and Senate to establish a national renewable electricity standard. Specific bills lobbied include HR 2454, Title I, Subtitle A; S. 826, Section 2; Subtitle C of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009; and HR 2847, the jobs bill.
Electricity transmission legislation in both the House and Senate, including provisions dealing with cost
allocation, siting and interconnection-wide planning. Specific bills lobbied include HR 2454, Subtitle F, Title III of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009.
Implementation of the DOE Title XVII guarantee programs, including Section 1703 program for innovative technologies and Section 1705 program for both innovative and commercial renewable energy technologies.
Restoration of $2.6 billion in funding for the DOE commercial technology loan guarantee program and other program reforms.
House and Senate legislation to establish a Green Bank. Specific bills lobbied include S. 1462, the American Clean Energy Leadership Act, Title I, Subtitle A, and H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act, Subtitle 1, Sections 181-191.
Discussed ways to help resolve wind/radar/air space related issues with DOD and congressional staff.
Discussed offshore wind energy issues, including R&D, federal financial incentives, and siting policies, with Senate staff and the Minerals Management Service.
