AHCA is following any VA Provider Agreement related language and/or discussions impacting Skilled Nursing Facilities.
The Veterans Access to Long Term Care and Health Services Act (S. 1611/H.R. 4113)
AHCA followed and advocated for VA provider agreements for extended care providers (including nursing centers) language/section in the VA Maintaining Internal Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks (MISSION) Act of 2018, which became Public Law No: 115-182 on June 6, 2018
AHCA will work with the VA on implementation of the provider agreement section of the VA Mission Act of 2018
