Urge Congress to fund programs related to offshore wind development.
Raise concerns with Congressional Review Act resolutions of disapproval that would end the waiver of tariffs on solar products imported from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Oppose H.R. 21, the Strategic Production Response Act.
Oppose H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act and any anti-environment amendments.
Oppose bills in the House Energy & Commerce Committee that would promote the expansion of production and infrastructure of liquefied natural gas (LNG), and allow certain energy and mining projects to circumvent critical environmental review and protections.

Urge the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to conduct additional analysis for ConocoPhillips Willow Master Development Plan in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to move BLM to reconsider their preferred alternative based on CEQs climate guidance on the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA).
Urge the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations to prepare a Draft Monument Management Plan for the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument that includes an action plan to inventory the Monuments resources and identify and minimize any impacts to those resources.
