H.R.1/S.1 - Legislation to create jobs, restore economic growth, and strengthen America's middle class through measures that modernize the nation's infrastructure, enhance America's energy independence, expand educational opportunities, preserve and improve affordable healthcare, provide tax relief, protect those in greatest need, and, or, other purposes.
H.R. 1409-S.560 - Legislation that amends the National Labor Relations Act to require the National Labor Relations Board to certify a bargaining representative without directing an election if a majority of the bargaining unit employees have authorized designation of the representative (card-check) and there is no other individual or labor organization currently certified or recognized as the exclusive representative of any employees in the unit.
