HEAL for Immigrant Families Act of 2021This bill extends Medicaid and Children'sHealth Insurance Program coverage to individuals lawfully present in the United States who otherwise meet eligibility requirements. Individuals granted federally authorized presence also are required to maintain minimum essentialhealth insurance coverage and are eligible forhealth insurance exchanges, reduced cost sharing, premium subsidies, and premium tax credits.
COVID-19 Safe Birthing ActThis bill expands coverage of maternal health care under Medicare, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and private health insurance.
