- Tax credits for combined heat & power (CHP) and waste heat to power (WHP) (particularly promotion of the POWER Act and language to extend the existing tax credit to commence construction")
- Treatment of CHP and WHP in comprehensive tax reform
- Promotion of CHP and waste heat to power (WHP) in electric utility regulations in various states (including Arizona, Idaho, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania)
- Work with Senator Shaheen to build support for the Grid Integration Act (GRID Act, S. 1201)
- Work with Senator Shaheen to build support for the Heat Efficiency and Applied Technology (HEAT Act, S. 1202)
- Support for language advancing resiliency in House energy bill (including preparing testimony on the same)
