Mental Health First Aid Act of 2015 (S. 711/H.R.1877), all provisions related to authorizing a demonstration program to train college faculty and staff in Mental Health First Aid, a community education program that helps people identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and addictions and deal with psychiatric crises
Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (S. 524/H.R. 953), all provisions related to a series of resources and incentives to help states and local governments expand drug treatment, prevention and recovery efforts.
21st Century Cures Act (H.R.2), all provisions related to increased funding for innovation and improvement within the US health system, including funding of telehealth practices and the use and adoption of health information technology.
Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act (H.R. 2646), all provisions related to comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services reform, including the expansion of the Excellence in Mental Health Act and the Behavioral Health IT Act.

Medicare Formulary Improvement Act (S. 648), all provisions related to the codification of an open access requirement requiring Medicare Part D formularies to cover all or substantially all drugs within six classes.
The Breaking Addiction Act (H.R. 1988), all provisions related to the approval of state applications for Medicaid 1115 waivers to cover services in certain residential settings, including expanding Americans access to care by allowing states to pay for residential substance use care in facilities of 60 or fewer beds.

The Comprehensive Justice and Mental Health Act (CJMHA) (S. 993/H.R.1854), all provisions related to comprehensive reform of the criminal justice and mental health treatment systems, including mental health courts and crisis intervention teams; treatment court programs; peer to peer services; broader training for law enforcement officials and first responders; and greater focus on prison and jail-based programs.
