Hydrogen for Ports Act (S. 3111, H.R. 7065): Reducing emissions at American ports by accelerating the deployment of hydrogen-fueled equipment at ports and shipping hydrogen fuels.
Hydrogen for Industry Act (S. 3112): Reducing industrial sector emissions by accelerating hydrogen options for heavy industry.
Hydrogen Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (S. 3118): promotes rapid development of hydrogen pipeline corridors.
Hydrogen for Trucks Act (S. 3806/H.R. 7064): incentivizing adoption of heavy-duty hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen fueling stations.
Advanced Nuclear:
American Nuclear Infrastructure Act (S. 2373): revitalizing the domestic nuclear energy supply chain and modifying the licensing process in support of advanced nuclear technologies.
Advanced Nuclear Deployment Act (H.R. 1746): Changes the Nuclear Regulatory Commission review process to allow more efficient reviews of new nuclear energy technologies, including micro-reactors.
Critical Energy Minerals:
American Critical Mineral Independence Act (H.R. 2637): promote domestic exploration, research, development and processing of critical minerals and related supply chains.
Accessing America's Critical Minerals Act (H.R. 2604): Establishes timelines to complete the environmental reviews of critical mineral projects on federal land.
