- Build Back Better Package / Reconciliation (H.R. 5376) - oppose proposed tax increases - maintain current small business deduction and stepped-up basis, and oppose grantor trust changes.
- Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R.3684) - support.
- Death Tax Repeal Act (H.R. 1712/S.617 to permanently repeal the estate tax.
- Main Street Tax Certainty Act of 2021 (H.R. 1381/S. 480) - made permanent the Section 199A, the small business deductions
- Accelerate Long-Term Investment Growth Now (ALIGN) Act (S. 1166) - Make full expensing provisions permanent, which allows businesses to immediately deduct the cost of new capital equipment purchases in the year they are purchased.
- American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act (H.R. 1304) & American Innovation and Jobs Act (S. 749) - Permanently repeal the R&D amortization provision.

- BuyAmerican.gov Act (S. 732) - Requires GSA to establish a free, publicly available BuyAmerican.gov website establishing a centralized online hub to increase transparency and ensure federal agencies prioritize the purchase of American-made goods
- The Build America, Buy America Act (S. 1303) - Implement and apply Buy America rules to all taxpayer-funded infrastructure and public works projects.
- The Made in America Act (S. 1094) - expand Buy America to across major federally funded public infrastructure projects.
