HR 3684 - The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. A bill to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, rail, and transit programs, and for other purposes. Bill in full.
H.R. 1319. The American Rescue Plan of 2021. A bill to provide additional relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) on the economy, public health, state and local governments, individuals, and businesses. Lobbied on pension relief, COBRA, paid sick leave tax credit changes for multi-employer plan participants, unemployment insurance, relief for multi-state transportation entities and prevailing wage.
H.R. 840. Retail Revitalization Act of 2021. This bill modifies rules related to rents received by real estate investment trusts (REITs) from related parties.
