Preservation of annual moratorium on offshore oil and gas drilling in the Interior-EPA appropriations process in House and Senate. There are no bills introduced as yet so no bill numbers. Worked on Senate Budget Resolution 70 to defeat Amendment 4207 which would have given incentives for more offshore drilling (Senate Vote # 56).
