House and Senate - ICE Out of My Face Act
HR 7608 - Southeast Asian Deportation Relief Act of 2026
H.R. 1 - One Big Beautiful Bill Act is a reconciliation bill aimed to reduce taxes and spending for various federal programs, increase the statutory debt limit, and otherwise address agencies and programs throughout the federal government.
H.R. 4213 / CRS R48705 -FY26 Appropriations Homeland Security- advocated against additional funds for the immigration detention and deportation system.
HR 7709 Full Body Restraint Prohibition Act - prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from obligating or expending Federal funds for the acquisition of, or utilizing, full-body restraints, and for other purposes.
Refugee Protection Act - amending the INA related to resettlement and asylum processing (not yet reintroduced)
TRACK ICE Act a bill to require DHS report on enforcement flights (not yet introduced)
Childrens Safe Welcome Act to provide protections for children in immigration custody and align legal protections for children in immigration custody (not yet reintroduced)

Immigration policies targeting Afghans - urged Sec. Noem, Sec. Rubio to reverse harmful policies targeting Afghan immigrants
Family detention - urged release of families detained by DHS and more oversight of detention of families at Dilley family prison and elsewhere.
Asylum Processing - urged restart to affirmative adjudications that were halted in late November
Enforcement/raids - monitored enforcement actions targeting asylum seeking groups/refugees in Minnesota, Maine, and elsewhere urged admin not collectively punish groups.

H.R.7300 - Make Elections Great Again Act - Opposed voter suppression and discrimination in the MEGA Act
H.R. 7296/S.3752 - SAVE America Act - Opposed voter suppression and discrimination in the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act or the SAVE America Act.
No Political Enemies Act - Endorsed a bill to keep the Government from attacking individuals and organizations for their political speech or participation.
Anti-Muslim Bias - Urged Congress to take decisive action by censuring Rep. Fine and stripping him of his positions on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and House Education and Workforce Committee for his biased and violent comments about Muslims.
Nomination for Sec. of DHS - Urged Senators to vote no on Senator Markwayne Mullins nomination for Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
