S. 3520/H.R. 5618 -Unemployment Insurance Extension Act of 2010 - This bill provides for an extension of unemployment insurance.
H.R. 2161 - The Family and Medical Leave Act Restoration Act, all provisions related to the nullification of regulations promulgated under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
S. 2910 - Increasing American Wages and Benefits Act , all provisions relating to increasing wages and benefits of the blue collar workers by strengthening labor provisions in the H-2B program and providing for labor recruiter accountability.
H.R. 1152/H.R. 2460 - Healthy Families Act - This bill allows Americans to earn paid sick time so that they can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families.
S. 3671/H.R. 5663 - Robert C. Byrd Mine and Workplace Safety and Health Act, all provisions that improve compliance with mine and occupational safety and health laws, empower workers to raise safety concerns, prevent future mine and other workplace tragedies, and establish rights of families of victims of workplace accidents.
