S. 414, the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act, as it relates to the disclosure of hidden fees on consumers and merchants established by big credit card companies, H.R. 2382, the Credit Card Interchange Fees Act, as it relates to hidden fees on consumers & merchants established by big credit card companies.
H.R. 2695 / S. 1212, the Credit Card Fair Fee Act, to provide for negotiation between merchants at large credit card companies to assure that the fees exerted by the credit card companies are the result of negotiations, rather than price fixing. H.R. 4173, Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and Restoring American Financial Stability Act (unnumbered Senate bill) with respect to hidden fees on consumers & merchants established by big credit card companies.
