Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wage - General education of Members of Congress on the importance of the consistent application of prevailing wage standards. Lobbied against the Foxx (NC) amendment to HR 2, which would have repealed Davis Bacon on Federal Highway Projects.
Training/Apprenticeship - HR 8294,To amend the National Apprenticeship Act and expand the national apprenticeship system to include apprenticeships, youth apprenticeships, and pre-apprenticeship registered under such Act, to promote the furtherance of labor standards necessary to safeguard the welfare of apprentices, and for other purposes. Lobbied in support of the legislation.

Energy Infrastructure - General support for Energy infrastructure projects and education of Members of Congress about the need for a diverse mix of energy resources to meet the US demand.
HR 4447 - Expanding Access to Sustainable Energy Act of 2019. This bill requires the Department of Energy to award grants to assist rural electric cooperatives with identifying, evaluating, designing, and demonstrating energy storage and microgrid projects that utilize energy from renewable energy sources. Lobbied in support of the Finkenauer amendment to include certain labor standards and the Wild/Jeffries amendment to create a grant program for pre-apprenticeships.

HR 6800 - The HEROES Act - Lobbied in support of the legislation. Lobbied for the inclusion of provision to lend assistance to workers impacted by the pandemic.
HR 3740 - Chai Suthammanont Remembrance Act of 2020 which requires federal agencies to develop and disclose reopening plans that incorporate certain information before sending employees back to work during a public health emergency, such as the emergency relating to COVID-19. Lobbied in support of the legislation.
