H.R. 4310: National Defense Authorization Act for the 2013 Fiscal Year
Supported Amendment 1127: to eliminate indefinite military detention of any person detained under AUMF authority in U.S. territories or possessions by providing immediate transfer to trial and proceedings by a court established under Article III of the Constitution of the United States or by an appropriate State court.
Opposed Amendment 1126: to clarify that the FY 2012 National Defense Authorization Act and the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) do not deny the writ of habeas corpus or deny any Constitutional rights for persons detained in the United States under the AUMF who are entitled to such rights.
