H.R. 983 - Online Communications and Geolocation Protection Act, a bill to regulate disclosures to governments by communications-related service providers of certain information consisting of or relating to communications.
H.R. 1913 - Application Privacy, Protection, and Security Act, a bill directing mobile device application developers, before the application collects personal data about the user, to notify the user and obtain the user's consent to collection, use, storage, and sharing of such personal data.
S. 418 - Do-Not-Track Online Act, a bill to empower the FTC to create a do not track mechanism.
