Rep. 118-125, the report of the House Armed Services Committee to accompany H.R. 2670: authorizing $9,900,000 for planning and design of the Acquisition Management Complex Phase V on Wright-Patterson AFB, page 390, Briefing on Runway Conditions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, page 58, Air Force Research Laboratorys one laboratory serving two services policy, page 277, Report on the Need for Classified Administrative Space; support the following provisions in H.R. 4365, Fiscal Year 2024 Defense Appropriations Bill: appropriating $9,900,000 for planning and design of the Acquisition Management Complex Phase V on Wright-Patterson AFB, appropriating $9,800,000 for program increase for capability for advanced air mobility, appropriating $65,000,000 for program increase for Mission Acceleration Centers, oppose Section 8041, placing limitations on the use of funds to establish field operating agencies; support $18,000,000 appropriations in S. Rep. 118-43, the Report of the Senate Appropriations Committee on Fiscal Year 2024 Military Construction-Veterans Affairs Appropriations, for planning and design of the Acquisition Management Complex Phase V on Wright-Patterson AFB; support using the GE Next-Generation Adaptive Engine for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter; and support continuing the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) serving education requirements (graduate education and continuing education) of both Air Force and Space Force, and that Space Force send students and faculty members to AFIT.
