S. 839, H.R. 2030, College Transparency Act - Streamlines reporting requirements for postsecondary institutions and makes program-level data more available to students.
S. 1396, H.R. 2861, Americas College Promise Act of 2021- Creates federal-state partnership that enables students to attend community college tuition-free.
S. 2237 Community College Student Success Act - Seeks to improve community college graduation rates by expanding student support services.
S. 200, H.R. 602, Relaunching Americas Workforce Act - Invests $15 billion in Americas workforce training infrastructure in response to the pandemic.

S. 2081, H.R.3946, Pell Grant Preservation and Expansion Act - Doubles the maximum Pell Grant and further expands eligibility to help more low-income students and families afford the cost of college.
S. 2054, Partnerships for Affordability and Student Success (PASS) Act - Amends the Higher Education Act to strengthen federal-state partnerships in postsecondary education.
H.R. 7309 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Reauthorization - Primary federal workforce development legislation to bring about increased coordination among labor and related programs. Due for reauthorization as of 2020.
S.2800, H.R.6108 Community College to Career Fund in Higher Education Act - This bill would establish a grant program for industry partnerships with community colleges to set up and strengthen workforce programs that lead to jobs.
S. 1802, the Upskilling and Retraining Assistance Act, this bill increases to $12,000 in 2021-2022, the exclusion from employee gross income, for income tax purposes, of employer-paid educational assistance programs. The bill also expands the exclusion to include amounts paid for education-related tools and technology (e.g., hand tools, computers, software, licensure fees).
S.52 - Gateway to Careers Act of 2021 - This bill would provide grants to support partnerships between community or technical colleges and workforce development partners such as state workforce development boards, industry associations, and community-based organizations.
S.3359 - CREATE Graduates Act, this bill would award competitive grants to states to create or support reverse transfer programs. These programs encourage educational institutions to find and award associate degrees to students who transferred from community college to four-year schools and earned enough credits for a degree, but never collected one.
H.R.3684, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act - provide infrastructure investments across multiple sectors.
H.R.5376, Build Back Better Act - Reconciliation legislation that would authorize Student Success Grant Program, provide additional community college-led workforce training, Increase the maximum award for Pell, eliminate tax liability for Pell Grants, provide additional funding for TAACCCT, and eliminate the AOTC offset from Pell grants.
H.R.6376 - Student Veteran Work Study Modernization Act, this bill would allow part-time student veterans to access the VA Work Study programs.
S.2625 - CCAMPIS Reauthorization Act, this bill would permanently reauthorize CCAMPIS along with increasing the funding for the program
H.R. 4521 Bioeconomy Research and Development Act [America COMPETES Act] - comprehensive bill aimed at bolstering U.S. global competitiveness and strengthen domestic tech manufacturing. The bill includes several provisions including short term Pell grants, College Transparency Act, Apprenticeships reauthorization, among others.
S. S.1260 - United States Innovation and Competition Act - comprehensive bill aimed at bolstering U.S. global competitiveness and strengthen domestic tech manufacturing. The bill includes workforce training provisions of importance to community colleges.
H.R. 8655 Responsible Education Assistance through Loan Reforms Act - a bill aimed at student loan reform and creation of a workforce Pell grant program.
H.R. 8872 LOAN Act - a bill updating the Pell Grant program and providing for changes in student loans and loan repayment.

H.R. 6749, American Opportunity Student Tax Relief Act- Extends and modifies the American Opportunity Tax Credit and excludes from gross income any amount received as a Federal Pell Grant.
S. 847, Student Loan Tax Elimination Act - Eliminates the origination fee on federal student loans. Origination fees are the fees lenders charge for processing new loan applications.
S.2455, H.R. 4173, Tax Free Pell Grant Act - Expands the usage of Pell Grants on a tax-free basis, improves coordination with the American Opportunity Tax Credit (AOTC) and ensures students do not lose out on any AOTC benefits.
