Implementation of "The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act" (H.R. 2353), Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act, "College Transparency Act" (S.800/H.R. 1766), "Making Education Affordable and Accessible Act" (S. 718), "Jumpstart Our Businesses by Supporting Students Act of 2019" (S.839), "Pell Flexibility Act of 2019" (S. 1072), Preparing and Retaining Education Professionals Act of 2019 (S.752), submitted a comment on the U.S. Department of Education's proposed changes to the Gainful Employment disclosure template as part of the PostSec Data Collaborative, submitted response to the U.S. Department of Education's request for comments on the Guide for Submission of Consolidated Annual Reports for the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006, as amended by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V), submitted response to the U.S. Department of Education's request for comments on the EDFacts Data Collection School Years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 (With 2018-19 Continuation), submitted response to the U.S. Department of Education's request for comments on the the Carl D.
