H.R 856 - Physicians Pro Bono Care Act - charitable deduction for pro-bono health services
H.R. 3971 - Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act - This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the inclusion of any Social Security or tier I railroad retirement benefits in gross income for income tax purposes.
H.R. 3796 - Health Savings for Seniors Act - This bill permits a Medicare beneficiary to participate in and contribute to health savings accounts.
H.R. 6286 - Health Savings Act of 2020 - This bill revises requirements for health savings accounts (HSAs) to allow an additional tax deduction for amounts paid to the HSA of a taxpayer's child or grandchild
H.R. 7242 - This bill modifies requirements for health savings accounts (HSAs) to allow payments from such accounts for gym memberships, home gym equipment, and dietary nutritional supplements. It also eliminates the prohibition against Medicare recipients participating in an HSA and the requirement that HSA participants be covered under a high deductible health plan.

S. 3993 - Equal Access to Care Act - Expands access to telemedicine during the coronavirus emergency by allowing licensed health care providers to treat patients over the phone and online wherever the patient is located.
H.R. 6930 - Manufacturing API, Drugs, and Excipients (MADE) in America Act - Addresses our drug supply chains dependence on foreign countries like China and works to mitigate drug shortages while incentivizing the domestic manufacturing of drugs, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), personal protective equipment (PPE), and diagnostics.
S. 4134 - Increasing Access to Biosimilars Act - TheIncreasing Access to Biosimilars Actwould direct the Department of Health and Human Services to create a shared savings demonstration program for biosimilar drugs in the Medicare program, which will help increase competition and expand access to biosimilars.
H.R. 7008 - Family Savings Flexibility Act - This bill (1) increases to $2,750 the maximum amount of unused benefits or contributions remaining in a health flexible or dependent care spending arrangement that may be carried over from the 2020 to the 2021 plan year, (2) increases the maximum contribution amount for health savings accounts, and (3) increases the exclusion from employee gross income of employer-paid dependent care assistance.
S. 3872 - Promising Pathway Act - Requires the US Food and Drug Administration to establish a rolling, real-time, priority review pathway to evaluate provisional approval applications for drugs intended to treat, prevent, or diagnose serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions, including those that pose a threat of epidemic or pandemic.
S. 4185 - End Surprise Medical Bills for Air Ambulances Act of 2020 - A bill to establish an independent dispute resolution process for surprise air ambulance bills, and for other purposes.
S. 4198 - Affordable Coronavirus Testing Act - This bill requires health insurance plans to cover through 2021 without cost sharing COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) serology testing, which looks for the presence of antibodies made in response to an infection.
S. 4158 - PPE Supply Chain Transparency Act of 2020 - This bill requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to issue, within 90 days, a public report on the security and resilience of the supply chain for personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
S. 4151 & H.R. 4838 - The Sustaining Outpatient Services (SOS) Act - Prevents certain off-campus hospital outpatient services from receiving significant Medicare reimbursement cuts.
S. 4367 and H.R. 8032 - Health Savings Accounts for All Act - Qualified medical expenses would include expenses incurred during the prior or current tax year before establishing the HSA and fees paid for personal patient care.
H.R.5741 - Strengthening Innovation in Medicare and Medicaid Act - Recognizes the important work done by CMMI and incorporates protections into the processes including, limiting the scope of models to only the size needed to realize a statistically valid sample; encouraging feedback from beneficiaries in developing CMMI models; and limiting the testing of new payment and delivery models to five years to shield beneficiaries from being subjected to potentially harmful models. H.R. 5741 also provides for key Congressional oversight for CMMI demonstrations that will improve transparency and patient safety.

H.R. 3971 - Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act - This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the inclusion of any Social Security or tier I railroad retirement benefits in gross income for income tax purposes.
H.R. 5576 - Double Dip Elimination Act - Would responsibly address individuals inappropriately receiving benefits twice: from the Social Security Disability Insurance program (SSDI), and from the Unemployment Insurance program (UI).
H.R. 5577 - No Social Security for Illegal Aliens Act of 2020 - According to the language of this bill, unauthorized work performed by illegal aliens in the U.S. would not constitute coverage by Social Security, prohibiting them from receiving benefits later in life.
H.R. 3934 - Equal Treatment of Public Servants Act of 2019 - To amend title II of the Social Security Act to replace the windfall elimination provision with a formula equalizing benefits for certain individuals with noncovered employment, and for other purposes.

S. 2016 - Social Security Disability Insurance Return to Work Act of 2019 - This bill would help Social Security Disability Insurance beneficiaries who can recover return to work, while also preserving the program's long-term sustainability for the permanently disabled.

H.R. 5648 - TREAT PTSD Act - Requests that the Veterans Affairs Department make available stellate ganglion block
H.R. 6259 - Veterans Access to Direct Primary Care Act - This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to implement a five-year pilot program to provide eligible veterans with the option to receive primary care services from a non-VA health care provider under a direct primary care service arrangement through the use of a veteran health savings account.
S. 3414 - Major Medical Facility Authorization Act - This bill authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs to carry out specified major medical facility projects during FY2020. The bill also indicates the maximum amount that can be spent on each project.
S. 2830 - GI Bill Planning Act of 2019 - The GI Bill Planning Act would give enlistees six months - instead of just two weeks - to decide whether to pay the $1200 or opt-out of their Montgomery GI Bill (MGIB) benefit. Additionally, the bill responsibly ends new enlistee enrollments in the outdated MGIB by October 2029.
S.1003 - Veterans' Education, Transition, and Opportunity Prioritization Plan (VET OPP) Act of 2019 - The legislation would create a new administration, the Economic Opportunity and Transition Administration, which would be accountable to a presidentially appointed undersecretary and would be created using existing resources at VA to avoid the growth of government and additional bureaucracy.
H.R. 3356 - Veterans Expedited TSA Screening (VETS) Safe Travel Act - The Veterans Expedited TSA Screening (VETS) Safe Travel Act will expand the precheck program to include veterans who are amputees, paralyzed, or blind
H.R. 5616 - The Improving Safety and Security for Veterans Act - This legislation that would require the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide detailed reports on patient safety and quality of care at VA Medical Centers
H.R. 1812 - The Vet Center Eligibility Expansion Act - The bipartisan bill would expand the eligibility to receive counseling from VA Vet Centers to members of the National Guard and Reserves or Coast Guard who served during emergency situations in the wake of a national emergency, major disaster, civil disorder, or drug interdiction operation.
H.R. 4305 - PAWS for Veterans Therapy Act - The PAWS for Veterans Therapy Act will create a pilot program within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to give veterans (suffering from PTSD) access to treatment derived from working with service dogs.
S. 3195 - Promoting Coordination for Veteran Suicide Prevention Act of 2020 - This bill requires a five-year review of veteran suicides within the first year of a veterans separation from the military.
S. 2991 - Veteran Overmedication and Suicide Prevention Act of 2019 - This legislation would direct the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to conduct an independent expert study on the deaths of all veterans being treated at the VA who died by suicide or from a drug overdose in the last five years.
S. 3235 - Veterans Posttraumatic Growth Act - This bill requires the VA to conduct a pilot program to study the benefits of nonprofit posttraumatic growth programs relative to traditional models of mental health care.
H.R. 5570 - Veteran Suicide Prevention Act - This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to complete a review of the deaths of all covered veterans who died by suicide during the five-year period preceding the enactment of this bill.
H.R. 7469 - Modernizing Veterans Healthcare Eligibility Act - Would create a bipartisan commission to assess veterans eligibility for care within VA and make recommendations for how such eligibility could be revised and simplified.
H.R. 7105 & S. 3898 - Homeless Veterans Coronavirus Response Act - would relax certain regulations and enable the Veterans Administration (VA) to use existing resources to offer homeless veterans the additional assistance they may need, including transportation, communication devices and services, and basic amenities, like clothing, blankets, and hygiene items.
H.R. 6997 - Veterans Prescription Flexibility Act - This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to pay for prescriptions written by an eligible health care provider during a public health emergency (as declared by the Department of Health and Human Services) for up to a 90-day supply of drugs.
S. 3282 - Protecting Business Opportunities for Veterans - Supports veterans who own small businesses and also strives to reduce fraud within the Veterans Administration (VA).
S. 3008 - Service-Disabled Veterans Small Business Continuation - This bill enables the surviving spouse of a service-disabled veteran who owned a small business to retain priority of the business for a period of time upon the death of the veteran spouse, regardless of the severity of the veteran's disability.

S. 3267 - Making Americans Know about Excessive spending through Commonsense Efforts to Notice and Target Shenanigans Act (MAKE CENTS) - seeks to create the transparency and accountability in the federal budget process
H.R. 3930 - Maximizing Americas Prosperity Act of 2019 - "This bill caps federal non-interest spending as a percentage of full employment GDP (also known as potential GDP) as its metrics."
H.R. 1085 - Give it Back to the Taxpayers Act - This bill requires all unused funds from Members Representational Allowances (MRA) be returned to the U.S. Treasury to be used for the purposes of deficit reduction or to reduce the federal debt.
