S.622 - A bill to ensure parity between the temporary duty imposed on ethanol and tax credits provided on ethanol.
HR.594 - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide by imposing a tax on primary fossil fuels based on their carbon content.
HR.797 - To greatly enhance the Nation's environmental, energy, economic, and national security by terminating long-standing Federal prohibitions on the domestic production of abundant offshore supplies of oil and natural gas, and for other purposes.
HR.1108 - To provide for State enhanced authority for coastal and ocean resources, expansion of America's supply of natural gas and oil, and for other purposes.
